Peter Ellersdorfer

Postdoctoral Research Fellow, UNSW

Peter is a Postdoctoral research fellow at UNSW, he has recently submitted his PhD. in Chemical Engineering with a focus on large-scale green hydrogen techno-economics from UNSW Sydney and the ARC Training Centre of Global Hydrogen Economy. As the feedstock and policy management lead for the Pacific Hydrogen Strategy, Peter brings a vast experience with open-source tool development for sectoral decarbonisation strategies for industry and government.

The development of the Pacific Hydrogen Strategy is being led by the University of New South Wales (UNSW) Sydney consortia, supported by the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) the Pacific Community (SPC), and the University of South Pacific (USP). The Strategy is being funded by Australian Government’s Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW)
